Shipping & returns, in plain words.
Shipping & delivery
Every piece is printed for you when you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–6 business days per our print partner's current status, then your order ships with tracking — we email you the moment it's on its way. Shipping costs are shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay. Mugs and shirts ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Wall prints currently ship within the United States.
Cancellations & address changes
You can cancel — or fix an address typo — within 24 hours of ordering, from your order page or by emailing salaam@ummahart.com. After that your piece goes to print, and it's final-sale except for defects. Cancelling inside the window refunds you in full, automatically — no need to explain why.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email salaam@ummahart.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will send a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. That covers damaged items, print defects, and wrong items. Sacred-text pieces get a no-return replacement plus a care-and-disposal card — never a normal return.
If your order goes missing
If tracking shows your order lost in transit, tell us and we reprint or refund it in full.
Change of mind, after the 24-hour window
Because each item is made to order for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. Check the size guide and preview carefully before ordering — and if we ever get something wrong, the two sections above are our promise.
Where we ship
Mugs and shirts ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Wall prints currently ship within the United States. More countries later. Your product page shows exactly what's available and what it costs before you choose a country. For UK and Canada orders, import taxes or duties, if any, are collected by the carrier and are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
Checkout is by Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
