Shipping & returns, in plain words.
Shipping & delivery
Every piece is printed for you when you order, nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–8 business days per our print partner's current status, then your order ships with tracking. We email you the moment it's on its way. Shipping costs are shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay. Blankets, Greeting cards, Hoodies, Magnets, Mugs, Pillowcases, Sweatshirts and T-shirts ship to most countries. Framed prints and Posters currently ship within the United States only. Your product page shows exactly where an item can go, and what it costs, before you pay.
Cancellations & address changes
You can cancel, or fix an address typo, within 1 hour of ordering, from your order page or by emailing salaam@ummahart.com. After that your piece goes to print, and it's final-sale except for defects. Cancelling inside the window refunds you in full, automatically, no need to explain why. Spotted a problem after that? Email salaam@ummahart.com right away. If your piece has not gone to print yet, we will try to stop it, but we cannot promise to.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email salaam@ummahart.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We will send a free reprint or a full refund, your choice. That covers damaged items, print defects, and wrong items. Sacred-text pieces get a no-return replacement, and we email you care-and-disposal guidance when the piece ships, never a normal return. We say "email" because that is what we send: our print partner does not enclose a printed card, and we would rather tell you that than let you look for one in the parcel.
If your order goes missing
If tracking shows your order lost in transit, tell us and we reprint or refund it in full.
Change of mind, after 1 hour
Because each item is made to order for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. Check the size guide and preview carefully before ordering, and if we ever get something wrong, the two sections above are our promise.
Where we ship

For international orders, import taxes or duties, if any, are collected by the carrier and are the buyer's responsibility.
Payment
Checkout is by Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
