Frequently asked questions.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the product AND the country — shown exactly on every product page and again at checkout, before you pay, for whichever country you pick. Within the US it runs from $4.29 (shirts) to $19.99 (18×24 framed prints). Choose UK or Canada on the product page to see those rates. Mugs and shirts ship internationally; posters and framed prints don't yet — see below. We never fold it silently into "free shipping" — the real number is the real number.
How long until my order ships, and when will it arrive?
Printed for you when you order. Production takes 2–6 business days per our print partner's current status, then your order ships with tracking — we email you the moment it's on its way. We publish the production window from our print partner's own current status page (a named, dated source), not a marketing guess. Production happens at US facilities regardless of destination. We don't promise a total door-to-door date. Carrier transit time varies, more so internationally. We'd rather tell you the real production window than invent a delivery date. For UK and Canada orders, import taxes or duties, if any, are collected by the carrier and are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to the US, UK, and Canada today; more countries later. Not every format ships everywhere yet. Posters and framed prints ship within the US only — our framing partner doesn't offer international shipping today. Mugs and shirts ship to all three countries. Pick your country on the product page and it shows exactly what's available and what it costs.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Yes — within 24 hours of ordering, full refund, automatically, no need to explain why. Use the Cancel button on your order page, or email salaam@ummahart.com. That window is also your chance to fix a typo'd address. After 24 hours your piece has gone to print and the order is final-sale except for defects.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Email salaam@ummahart.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of what you received. We send a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. Full detail on our shipping & returns policy.
What if my package is lost in transit?
Tell us. If tracking shows it lost, we reprint or refund it in full.
What size should I order for a shirt?
Shirts are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee, S–XL. Every shirt's product page has a real size chart (body width and length in inches) — open "Size chart" under the T-shirt options on any piece.
Does framing crop any of the image?
Yes, honestly: our framed-print line hides about 1/4 inch of the image on each side under the frame's rebate — that's standard for framed prints generally, not something unique to us, but we'd rather say it plainly than let you find out after it arrives. If you want to see the full, uncropped image edge-to-edge, choose an unframed poster instead.
Is checkout secure? How is my payment handled?
Checkout is by Stripe. We don't store your card details on our servers.
